Shipping & Handling
- Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! Within the United States, we offer free shipping on any order. In Canada, we do not offer free shipping.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
We partner with the the United States Postal Service and the Fedex to get your products to you quickly. That typically takes about 5 business days from when you order, and you can always track it by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order heads out into the world. For our friends up north in Canada, shipping may take longer. Depending on your location, we estimate 3-12 business days for delivery.

- I need my order fast! Can I pay for expedited shipping?
If for any reason you need to receive your order in fewer than 5 business days, you can expedite the processing of your order for an additional fee. If you have any questions, you can reach us at hello@ninjapbn.com
- Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the entire United States, Canada, and all US Military locations around the world via their APO, FPO & DPO addresses. In addition, we ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and Saipan (though, along with Hawaiian & Alaskan residents, you may experience slightly longer delivery timelines).
At this time, we don’t ship internationally, but we hope to sometime in the near future.
- I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
Most packages shipped with our economy option are delivered by your local postal worker. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbor. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order, just contact us at hello@ninjapbn.com and we will take care of you.
- How do I change or cancel my order?
We try to fill and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to add items to your order or prevent a package from shipping. Definitely reach out to us with a specific request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Ordering
- When is my order processed?
Merchandise in-stock are sent to our fulfillment center each business day.
- What is processing time?
Processing time is the period after you have placed your order when your payment is verified, your order is sent to our fulfillment center, and your order is prepared for shipment. For in-stock items, processing time is generally two business days unless otherwise stated on the item’s description page.

Payments
- When do you charge my credit card?
We charge your card at the time we take your order, just as we start preparing it for shipment. If for some reason something happens during the process, we’ll reach out to you, and don’t worry — we’ll make it right.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay via PayPal or newly also by Bitcoin!
- Is my credit card information secure when making purchase?
All credit card and personal information is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) before being sent over the Internet. This means that all information you provide us online is encrypted and completely confidential. Additionally, once we receive the credit card bank authorization, your encrypted information is released to the bank and does not remain on our system.
